Multilingual Parent Leadership Council (MPLC)
Conway Elementary is a richly diverse school. The Multilingual Parent Leadership Council (MPLC) comprises a majority (51%) of ELL parents. The purpose of the PLC is to encourage parental involvement and participation in implementing ELL programming and academic achievement initiatives at Conway Elementary.
The MPLC seeks to:
- Promote cultural awareness, community involvement, and quality services through best practices.
- Provide a voice for English Language Learner parents in problem solving.
- Conduct at least two meetings a year.
