Janeris Hernandez is starting her 23rd year in education with a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and a master’s degree in psychology. Graduating from the University of Puerto Rico, she began her career as a Kindergarten teacher. After moving to Florida in 2015, she has served Orange County Public Schools in several capacities and was voted as teacher of the year in 2021. Her goal as an assistant principal is to show servant leadership, promote positive interactions, and increase teacher and student capacity through her service to Conway Elementary School.
