Student Device Collections

Conway Families,

We have received information from OCPS on student device collection procedures. ONLY students in Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and 2nd grade will be turning in their device at the end of the school year. All students in grades 3-5 will be keeping their device over the summer. 5th grade students will be taking their device with them to middle school next fall.

Here are some important exceptions:

            -If a student is in K-2 and attending summer school their device will be collected and held aside for summer school use. This will stay checked out to them during summer school but will be kept at school and not brought home each day. At the end of summer school the device will then be checked in.

            -If your child is in grades in 3-5 and is moving this summer they MUST turn in their device to Conway. (Even if you are moving within the county you must turn in the device)

The collection schedule will be as follows, please be sure your child brings their device with their charger to school on this day. If you are a LaunchED@Home family you will be dropping off devices the day after school ends.

May 17th:

F2F Kindergarten Device Collection

May 18th:

F2F First Grade Device Collection

May 19th:

F2F Second Grade Device Collection

May 20th:

F2F Pre-K ESE & ASD Device Collection

 

May 24th & May 25th:

Appointment only collection for F2F- *Students who are moving or withdrawing*

May 26th:

All LaunchEd@Home Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st Grade and 2nd Grade students turn in their devices between 8:30-2:00 pm at the school.
